Job Responsibilities:

• Building and executing a social media strategy
• Writing, editing, and publishing content on social media channels
• Planning and managing ad campaigns on social media, particularly on Facebook and Instagram
• Tracking and optimizing the performance of social media channels
• Providing reports/metrics on social media statistics and performance
• Working closely with design and marketing teams to understand the project scope and objectives
• Staying up-to-date with digital media technologies and the latest trends

Required Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in social media marketing (at least 2 years)
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram (the knowledge of LinkedIn and TikTok will be considered a plus)
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related spheres
• Perfect verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within deadlines and on different projects simultaneously
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills

Job responsibilities:

• Creating post visuals, advertisements, and any other requested promotional materials for social media platforms
• Taking part in group brainstorms, working on creative ideas, generating new concepts, and developing an interactive design
• Being able to communicate professionally with clients and adequately discuss designs
• Ensuring all files are checked for quality prior to release for review
• Having a good understanding of current design trends in order to present high-quality designs
• Being able to work independently while keeping open and clear communication with team members and clients

Required qualifications:

• Proven working experience in graphic design (at least 2 years)
• Fluency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Sense of visual aesthetics
• Good knowledge of working English
• Ability to multitask
• Strong skills of a team-player
• Ability to collaborate and meet deadlines
